| Job Description : |
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on social housing maintenance contracts to work with our client in South East London.
The key purposes of the role are to prepare and evaluate accurate tenders for submission, to identify suitable supply chain partners and sub-partners, to prepare client accounts and invoices, and to build up unit rates for estimating and site work.
Candidates should have proven experience of recent contractor estimating, and the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workload. You must have the ability and willingness to contribute to the overall development of the team and to both absorb new information and knowledge and share your own knowledge and experience. You must also have or be working towards qualifications that relate to the post i.e. HND, RICS etc.
